Customer service & content employee (24 - 38 hours)

 

SkiWebShop is the largest online ski specialist. We ship packages to more than 90 countries all over the world! We are a young and driven team, we all have a passion for winter sports and want everyone to enjoy winter sports as much as we do. We enjoy working every day to deliver products and love to share our knowledge and passion!

We have a lot of contact with our customers, so we like to listen to them and use their feedback to constantly innovate. We continue to grow and work continuously to expand our product range, service and website!

 

Who are you?


You are a true winter sports enthusiast, you know what it is like to be on the slopes and you like to share this experience with our customers. You like to take responsibility for continuing to improve the service to our customers and understand the steps you need to take to achieve this.

 

What will you do?

  • You and your team ensure that information about the products for the new season are online.
  • You will think about customer experiences on our website, in the ordering and return process and improve them as a team.
  • In peak season, you will answer mails & phone calls from customers and contribute ideas on how to improve customer service.
  • You interact with other departments or partners as needed.

  • You pick up new software programmes easily
  • You understand the problems customers have and know how to deal with them
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and will work independently
  • You contribute to solutions and improvements
  • You have strong social skills
  • You are a team player
  • You are flexible
  • Your command of the English language
